Black Parents Thriving
for Healing Families
At The Amelia Ann Adams Whole Life Center (AAAWLC), we recognize that healing is a community effort, and Black parents deserve spaces where they feel supported, valued, and empowered.

What We do
Black Parents Thriving for Healing Families is a transformative initiative designed to support Black families by fostering healing, resilience, and empowerment through two cornerstone programs:
-
Empowered Women of Excellence – A space for Black women to heal, grow, and build supportive relationships.
-
Family Healing Circles – A restorative gathering for families to process trauma, strengthen bonds, and heal together.
These programs provide culturally responsive spaces for healing, advocacy, and relationship-building to help families move from surviving to thriving.
