The AAAWLC partners with the Office of Violence Prevention to facilitate the Skilled Through Alternative Routes Program (S.T.A.R.). S.T.A.R. Fellowship Program is an innovative initiative dedicated to supporting individuals as they transform their lives, develop essential skills, and build a pathway to meaningful careers. Our program combines mentorship, professional development, and personal growth opportunities to empower participants to achieve their full potential.
